MONDAYS

8:30pm Yin Yoga at Innocere Yoga

Yin Yoga is mostly a floor based practice that is gentle yet challenging and offers deep access to the body. Poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes stretching deep connective tissues and fascia. The practice is based on Chinese medicine and targets various meridians in the body to regulate the organs. It is also a great initiation to meditation and a suitable class for all levels

TUESDAYS

6:45pm Foundational Hatha Flow at Club Atwater

This class explores foundational asanas in a peaceful, hatha-based experience. Class begins with pranayama and ends with an extended sivasana leaving plenty of time for relaxing, hands-on-assists.

WEDNESDAYS

6:00pm Soulful Hatha Flow at Louvgang

Hatha is an ancient form of yoga in which poses are held for an extended period of time, leaving more space to focus on pranayama (breath) and alignment. This slow yet strong class can prove surprisingly challenging as practitioners must sit with the external and internal sensations each asana (posture) prompts. Each session closes with a Sivasana and short, guided meditation to bring the body back to earth. Class is suitable for newer and more experienced students.

7:15pm Sound Healing Journey at Louvgang

Prepare to lay back, relax, and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, drums, live songs, and more. These magical frequencies will reset your entire being inside and out and allow the consciousness to drift into a deep state of meditation with ease. No movement is required, and we recommend wearing your most comfortable clothes as you escape into the world of sound.

THURSDAYS

10:00am Salt and Hatha Flow at Welma

A deeply spiritual and meditative hatha yoga experience hosted in a salt therapy room. Poses are sustained for 1-10 breaths. Pink Himalayan cleanses the lungs and air passages while yoga moves and clears energy. This class is limited to 12 participants, allowing plenty of time for supportive touch, sound healing integration, and a deep sense of luxury.

5:30pm Fire Flow at Innocere

This firey class focuses on building strength through energizing Vinyasa and sharing yogic theory around cultivating agni (inner fire). Traditional yoga poses are combined with pilates-inspired strength training. Expect to unlock your inner flame all while getting a good sweat on!

FRIDAYS

9:00am Expansive Hatha Flow at Innocere

Hatha asana (posture) is an ancient form of yoga in which poses are held for an extended period of time, leaving more space to focus on pranayama (breath), alignment, and yogic philosophy. Hatha has a slower, more soulful feel than a Vinyasa class. The steady nature of these sessions often proves to be surprisingly challenging as practitioners must sit with the external and internal sensations each asana prompts. This class is suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners, but do keep in mind that we will be exploring more physically demanding peak poses.
