These sessions are more than just a sound bath, they are a form energy healing. Sound healing uses the principle of resonance to raise seekers to a higher frequency. Each session is customized to the guest(s) in attendance, and each sacred instrument is carefully selected to support the intention of the session. Sound healing can have physical, emotional, and spiritual effects that ripple out far past the hours spent in blissful listening. Haley’s set features over 18 instruments including crystal quartz singing bowls, heart drum, the sansula, Koshi chimes, and ocean drum.

1:1 Sound Healing

Prepare to meet yourself in sound. One to one bathes are a gorgeous opportunity to immerse yourself in vibrational medicine. Instruments will get played directly over the body so that your experience in sound is felt as well as heard. Includes custom breathwork session and an energetic reading emailed to you after the session,

Private Groups

A fabulous choice for birthday and bachelorette parties or any communities looking to gather for conscious connection. Through intimate and intentional planning with Haley, these experiences are highly customized to suit the needs of your group. Sessions include altar creation, breathwork, a full sound journey, access to Haley after your session to help with any energetic processing. Plus, Haley makes planning your experience super easy by assisting with logistics such as booking the space, knowing what props to bring, and anything else that comes up.

  • Everything in the universe is made of light and sound. We’ve all experienced sound healing without knowing it- think about that song that makes you cry or music you can’t help but dance to. That is sound healing. The difference is, professional sound healing sessions use sacred instruments that approach sound qualities as a form of vibrational medicine. Instruments are played over and around the body to create an experience that is both heard and physically felt.

    The effects vary from person to person, they can be physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual. It is common to have visions, feel sensation in certain parts of the body, see colors, etc. Haley can tell you more about what these experience signify after your session and in your custom-made follow-up form.

  • Sessions can be customized based on individual/group needs. A typical bath includes a chat at the beginning to better understand the energy you are entering with and hoping to work with, 5-15min of breathwork and 45-60min of pure sound immersion, and either debrief and integration time at the end and or sacred silence.

    However, it is common to add-on:

    Journaling

    Card reading

    Reiki

    Yin Yoga (its possible to do other, energetic styles but yin is the traditional pairing)

    Lengthened breathwork sessions

    Chanting/Singing/Kirtan

  • Anyone and everyone! Sound baths are wonderful and known as the “great equalizer” of spiritual practices as all you need to do is lay back and listen; no athletic wear or physical ability is required. Even those with impaired hearing can benefit from the vibrations.

    Sound baths are particularly useful for those experiencing anxiety, depression, exhaustion/burn-out/insomnia, or look for a deeply impactful spiritual experience.
