  • Your experience begins the moment you book and can ripple out for years after its over. Each experience is personally crafted to the individual(s) in attendance. After confirming your appointment, you will be asked to fill out a form to give Haley a deeper understanding of your energetic, physical, and spiritual needs. It is through this information that she will channel a holistic experience tailored to you. Her 550 hours of formal yoga training, paired with years of devoted personal practice, make Haley an expert. You will experience familiar poses in new ways, discover philosophy that may just change your view on the world, and invite yoga into your broader life with Haley’s personalized at-home practice recommendations which are provided after each session.

  • A in-depth look at your entire being: body, mind, and spirit. Haley will teach you the best way to embody asanas (poses) from head-to-toe (literally!) based on your specific body and it’s needs.

    However, no two sessions look alike as all clients are unique. You may be in need energy or you may need grounding. You will learn breathwork, philosophy, and sacred rituals based on the information you provide in your inquiry form.

    One of the most unique aspects of Haley’s 1:1 offerings is the follow up form you will receive after the session in which Haley will provide and energetic reading, practical things to watch out for/develop in your asana practice, and custom-made, at-home yoga flows.

  • Yes! Every session is personalized to your level and goals. Beginners deeply benefit from these experiences as they build a strong foundation for what is truly a lifelong practice.

  • Ideally at least 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months beforehand.

    However, if you’d like to make a short notice booking you are welcome to reach out at any point.

  • Absolutely! To do this you have one of two options

    1. Simply pay for the session and I will book with the gift-reciever directly

    2. You can pay and book date/time on behalf of them

  • Yes, it is wonderful to come with intentions!
