Healing Frequencies: Reiki + Sound Bath. Sunday, March 30th, 2025.

Hosted at 120 McGill at Espace Neshama (Unit 202). Event Runs TWICE IN ONE NIGHT: Session 1: 5:30-7:00pm. Session 2: 7:30-9:00pm. March 30th, 2025.

What is Reiki? What is Sound Healing?

Everything in the universe- trees, the sky, you- is made of light and sound. Sound healers treat sound as medicine, relying on sacred instruments that have been played for unimaginable stretches of time, often in holy rituals. All you do is lay back on a super comfortable single-person mattress while Haley guides you into Ceremony through breath and intention. After that, just listen. The sound will take you where you need to go completely effortlessly. Effects can be physical, emotional, and spiritual (see FAQ more info). And remember- we've all experienced sound healing before- think of a song that makes you dance, laugh, cry, FEEL. Sound healing is a chance to become one with sound and connect to previously unseen and untouched worlds, both within and without…

Reiki is a powerful form of energetic healing and alternative medicine that has existed for thousands of years. Reiki practitioners specialize in treating the subtle, energetic body by guiding prana (life force) into the client's energy field. Reiki experiences can inspire physical and emotional sensations as well as divine visions.

What to expect*ੈ✩:

Participants will lay back as our Sound Healer, Haley, plays various sacred instruments: Crystal chakra bowls, Native drums, Koshi chimes, and so much more. As you feel the shifting vibrations of these sounds, our Reiki healer, Akhyra, will simultaneously come around the room and perform individual Reiki sessions & hold space for the entire group. T his immersive experience will also include, Kundalini Breathwork, to help participants sink deeper into their highest state of consciousness, along with an Group Oracle Reading.

No experience is necessary. This is a safe-space where there is no judgment! You may ask questions or discuss your challenges before the meditation privately or within the group.

*Please wear your comfiest clothes (cozy socks recommended), and bring anything that would support your comfort during this experience (blanket, pillow, crystals, water, eye mask etc)

you do not need to bring a yoga mat, ultra-comfy single person mattresses are provided 😇
